Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicability These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts for the design, construction, and installation of climbing walls (“Services”) provided by ClimbingWalls.in (“Stepin Adventure Company”) to any client (“Customer”). They override any other terms proposed by the Customer unless expressly agreed in writing.
  2. Service Orders Submission of a service request or signed contract constitutes the Customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Acceptance of Orders All service requests are subject to written acceptance by the Company. No order is binding until confirmed by us, and we reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
  4. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. They may change depending on project scope, materials, and site conditions. Taxes, duties, transportation, and other applicable charges are additional.
  5. Payment Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in stages as per the project contract (e.g., advance, milestone payments, final settlement). All bank charges are borne by the Customer.
  6. Delivery & Completion Project timelines are estimates only. The Company is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as site readiness, regulatory approvals, or supply chain issues. Completion of installation at the Customer’s site constitutes delivery of the service.
  7. Ownership and Risk Ownership of installed structures passes to the Customer once full payment is received. Risk of damage transfers upon completion and handover.
  8. Warranties The Company warrants the quality of its workmanship. Manufacturer warranties for materials and equipment, if any, will be passed on to the Customer. No other express or implied warranties apply.
  9. Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the contract value received for the project.
  10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
  11. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using ClimbingWalls.in (Stepin Adventure), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
  12. Use of Content All content, including text, images, and project information, is the property of ClimbingWalls.in (Stepin Adventure). You may not copy or distribute content without prior written permission.
  13. Service Requests & Payments Submitting a service request through the website constitutes an offer to engage our services. Payments must be completed through secure methods provided.
  14. Project Information We strive to ensure accuracy in service descriptions and specifications. However, minor variations may occur depending on site conditions.
  15. Limitation of Liability ClimbingWalls.in is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the contracted service.
  16. Privacy Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required to process service requests.
  17. Governing Law These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
